Monthly bespoke online running/ multisport coaching costs £100 pcm.
A Training Peaks Premium subscription is required for online delivery and ongoing analysis of your training metrics. You can buy this yourself, or I can provide this for an additional £10 pcm if needed.
Coached athletes get a 10% discount on all sports rehab/ sports massage sessions (usually £55) and a 20% discount on run gait analysis (usually £70).
Lactate threshold (LT2) performance field testing is also available using the highly accurate Akray LACTATE PRO 2 meter.
